Elderberry Shrub

Elderberry Shrub is a fruit extract using organic apple cider vinegar. We always start with whole fresh Elderberries from local farmers in the upstate NY and northern PA regions. We add fresh black currants for Vitamin C and Fresh concord grapes for sweetness and resveratrol. A little organic large crystal cane sugar aids in the full extraction. All this is done at a low temperature to maintain all the color flavor and nutrients. Enjoy 2 TBS a day up to 3x a day for all of the benefits of Elderberries. Shelf-stable until opened. Best if consumed within one year. Refrigerate after opening.
