Shipping policy
Order Status
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.
Shipping & Fulfilment Timeline
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship standard USPS or UPS. Please email us if you'd like another option.
- $25: Orders over $250
- $15: Orders between $100 - $250
- $8.50: Orders under $100
International Shipping
Neighbors General Store only ships to the United States at this time. If you'd like to place an international order, please email us and we can give you a custom shipping quote.
Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please email hello@neighborsgeneralstore.com and we'll do what we can to track it down or send you a replacement.
Cancel an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but can process it as a return.
Online Exclusives
We carry select items that are exclusively available online and not in-store. They ship directly from the supplier, potentially leading to split shipments for orders with multiple items. You will receive multiple shipping confirmations in this case.
