This cocktail concentrate has been created using traditional bittering agents such as gentian root and cinchona bark, as well as burnt sugar, spices, and a touch of orange peel. It has been aged in Willett bourbon barrels to bring out the flavors and intensify the taste. The high concentration means that a small amount will go a long way. Perfect for pairing with aged spirits.
