Rose geranium, which finds itself most often distilled for use in the perfume industry, is instead steeped in the seascape strawberries for a day, pulling beautiful rose scents and notes into the preserve. Origins: Since we order so much, the lovely ladies at Gutierrez Farms hand deliver our strawberries weekly (during the season), while the rose geranium comes from Windrose Farms or Jessica’s backyard.
