Since it ships directly from the maker, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, we’ll step in to make sure it’s set right.
What should I expect when it ships?
You’ll get a tracking number once it leaves our friend’s hands. Your package may arrive at a different time than the rest of your order — a little bonus delivery day to look forward to!
