We're celebrating this season's produce the best way we know how! Canning + community! Join us for an afternoon of learning the ins and outs and all the fun science of canning and jam making. Christiana will demo her perfected technique and share her tried and tested recipes - that you'll get to help make, and then take home. Get ready for a hands on experience and an elevated understanding of the art of jam making.

We'll have tastings, fun takeaways, and canning products available. All attendees will receive 15% off any purchase the day of the workshop. Spaces are limited.

About Christiana: She considers herself a culinary creative. Growing up in the Los Angeles Area, she was raised by parents who valued homemade baked bread, harvesting from their garden, and canning fruits and vegetables. At age 17, she began culinary school and fell in love with the art of creating food. She has worked as a private chef, in professional kitchens, and as a culinary expert for Williams-Sonoma. She is an experienced jam maker and successfully ran a preserves business where she worked with local farms to create small-batch gourmet jams and jellies. Currently, she creates culinary content for companies such as Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, Talley Farms, and other food-based businesses. She also works as the content producer for Edible SLO. She loves living on the Central Coast with her family!
