About:
Megan and Josie, lifelong yuntas, created Yunta Honey after returning to Isla Tranqui in northern Patagonia, where Josie’s parents had moved in the ’90s to build an abalone farm and later began keeping bees. During a visit, the two fell in love with the island, its wild native rainforest, and the uniquely soft, deeply flavorful honey produced far from industrial farming. In 2024, they took a leap from California to Chile to share this single origin Patagonia Native Forest Honey from one of the most pristine places on Earth.
