Meadow Morning Tea Blend

Aromatic herbal tea blend made of forest herbs, like nettle, and fruity notes from wild raspberry and blackcurrant leaves. Natural source of iron.

Instructions: Put 1 pyramid tea bag in a cup. Pour in 150 ml of hot water (95°C) Let it brew for 5 minutes. Add sweetener, if preferred.
